Rinse with salt water

Step 2: Add a tablespoon of green tea and let it boil for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Strain it and cool down it completely.

Step 4: Rinse your mouth twice a day with green tea water.

Guava leaves

Many of you may not be aware that Guava leaves have numerous health benefits and medicinal values. Guava leaves help to get relief from toothache and tooth sensitivity.

How to apply it?

You need to take a few guava leaves and chew it properly for 2-3 minutes and spit it out and rinse your mouth with normal water.

Or

If you don’t want to chew leaves, then you can follow these steps-

Step 1: Place 5-6 guava leaves and put it in a pan of water.
